What is Time and why it is important?

Time is the endless progression of life and the events which take place in a seemingly irreversible sequence from the past into the present into the future.

It is a quantity component of different measurements used in sequencing, comparing the duration of events and their intervals and in quantifying the rate of changes of quantities in material reality or in the aware experiences.

Time and three spatial dimensions are sometimes referred to as the fourth. Time is long an important subject of religion, philosophy and science study, but it has consistently elucidated scholars by defining it in a way that applies to all fields without circularity.

Nonetheless, various areas such as business , industry, sports, the sciences and the performing arts include some time in their respective measurement systems.

The operational description of physics time is ‘what a clock reads.’ In both the International System of Units and International System of Quantities, Time is one of the seven fundamental physical quantities.

The second is the SI base time unit. Time is used to set other quantities, such as velocity, so that time would be defined by circularity in terms of such quantities.

An operational description of time, in which the measurement of a number of recurrences from one normal cyclic occurrence (e.g. the movement of a swinging pendulum) forms one normal unit such as the second, would be of great benefit in advanced studies as well as in the daily businesses of life.

A place (position in space) and time are usually noted to characterize observations of an occurrence. Time is not the fundamental nature of the operational definition.

It doesn’t deal with why events in space can take place back and forth, while events take place only in time progress.

Research on the relationship between time and space led physicist to define the continuum of space time. The fundamental paradigm for understanding the nature of space time is general relativity.

Improvements in both theoretical and experimental space-time studies have demonstrated the ability to bend time , especially at the edges of black holes.

Temporary calculation was an important encouragement in navigation and astronomy for scientists and technologists.

Regular events and regular motions have served for a long time as standards for time units. Examples include the sun’s apparent movement through the sky, moon phases, pendulum swing and heart beat.

The second international time unit is currently defined by measuring the electronic frequency of transition of the cesium atoms (see below).

Often, because of an understanding of the constraints of time in every day and in the periods of human life, time has an economic value (time is money) and personal value.
